With today's gas prices, more and more people are taking up cycling for transportation and commuting. Yoga can help the body, mind, and spirit cope with the stresses and strains imposed by cycling- by increasing concentration and circulation, building endurance and flexibility, and promoting over-all well-being. A Yoga for Cyclists workshop focuses on those areas of the body specific to cycling. You don't have to be an experienced yogi or yogini to participate- beginners welcome!
